Highlands at Campbell County
Highlands took a little while to get their offense running last week, but once it started they ended with 52 points against a Cooper team that usually plays very good defense. The Senior RB combo of Murray and Pulsfort combined for 292 rush yards and 5 TD's.

The Camels defense will have to hold the Bluebirds to make this a game. Campbell County lost their opener 21-7 to East Central IN in one of the Crosstown Showdown games. Two years ago when Campbell County hosted this game they kept it close losing 23-16.

Lloyd at Beechwood
Lloyd defeated Walton-Verona last week 38-0 and were led by RB Justin Durham who rushed for 175 yards and 4 TD's. QB Jordan Fann also added 141 yards passing and 1 TD. Beechwood will be a good test for the Juggernauts.

This will be Beechwood's season opener. Last year the Tigers finished 13-2 and lost to Pikeville in the Class 1A State Championship. Beechwood is 5-0 against Lloyd.

NewCath at Cooper
This is another Skyline Crosstown Showdown game as NewCath looks to continue their offensive stride from last week in their 47-21 win over Scott. But Cooper will look to bounce back from their 52-42 loss to Highlands.

Last week the Breds were led by Senior QB Patrick Henschen who threw for 176 yards and 2 TD's. Senior TE Austin Neff caught both the TD passes for 100 yards total.

Cooper had a lot of offense against Highlands as well and they were led by QB Jarod Lonaker who threw for 233 yards and 2 TD's while RB Jaden Jackson rushed for 105 yards and 1 TD.

Cooper is 3-0 against NewCath.
