Beechwood Comesback to Win in OT

Beechwood 36 Holy Cross 35 OT
Beechwood was down 29-22 with about one minute left when Holy Cross fumbled the ball deep in their own territory to give the Tigers another shot. On fourth-and-10, Matt Rigdon hit Joe Colosimo for the TD pass, and the extra point tied the game and sent it into overtime where both teams scored but the Indians missed their extra point. This was Beechwood's first win of the season. Joe Colosimo led the Tigers with 226 rushing yards and 4 touchdowns. Holy Cross quarterback, Markel Walker, led the Indians with 216 yards rushing.

Bellevue 48 Scott 41
Not much defense in this 89 point affair! This was another exciting game where Bellevue was up 40 to 24 but the Eagles clawed back to take a 41-40 lead. But, Bellevue scored the winning TD with 10 seconds remaining for the win. Ricky Buckler led the Tigers with 285 rush yards and 4 touchdowns.

CovCath 33 Campbell County 14
CovCath wins their first game of the season, and head coach Dave Wirth also gets his first victory for the Colonels' program. CovCath led 21-14 at halftime and held the Camels scoreless in the second half. CovCath's Brayden Erpenbeck accounted for 383 yards to lead the Colonels.

Highlands 21 Withrow 0
Highlands scored a touchdown in each of the first three quarters enroute to their fourth straight win. Austin Collinsworth led the Bluebirds with 185 yards rushing on 12 carries and 2 touchdowns.
