The OMEGA Processing Game of the Week webcast features CovCath (3-3) vs. Ryle (2-5).
CovCath has had a bad stretch the past 2 games with losses to Highlands and Beechwood. Last week the Colonels lost to Beechwood 28-13 and will look to turn things around against the Raiders. The Colonels will have to overcome some very key injuries though with their #1 and #2 Quarterbacks unlikely to play.
Ryle has been steadily improving despite their 2-5 record. The Raiders defeated Boone County last week 48-13 and gave Simon Kenton a very good game a few weeks ago losing 24-17. Ryle is led by Junior RB Collin England who has rushed for 508 yards (9th in NKY) and 3 TD’s.
Ryle is 2-1 against Covcath but lost year’s game 26-17.

Game of the Week Replay
Last week’s Game of the Week featured Holmes vs Bellevue. Bellevue's Zach Barret was our OMEGA Processing Player of the Game as Bellevue defeated Holmes 32-22. The Senior WR had six catches for 114 yards and 1 TD along with 1 interception.

Campbell County (4-2) at Dixie (5-1)
This is another big Class 6A game, especially for Campbell County who goes into this game with a District loss to Simon Kenton last week 45-14. Meanwhile, Dixie has won 5 straight, and last week they defeated Tates Creek 43-6. The Colonels are 1-0 in the District with their win over Boone County a few weeks ago.
Since 2005, Dixie is 4-3 against Campbell County but the Camels have won the past 3 years. Last year they won 16-13.
NewCath (1-4) at Newport (3-3)
NewCath won their first game two weeks ago against Lloyd 28-0 and had a bye last week. They’ll be looking for another District win against a Newport team that’s won 2 straight games. Newport defeated Brossart last week 55-0. This will be a much tougher game though for Newport as NCC’s defense has been tough.
Since 2005, the Breds are 10-0 against the Wildcats.
Christopher Columbus FL (4-1) vs Highlands (6-0)
Highlands welcomes another Florida football team this year against Christopher Columbus Catholic. This is a Class 8A school (largest class in FL) and ranked 8th in their state’s class.
This game is being played on Saturday at 1:00 P.M.
